We can extract embedded text, OCR-process image-only pages, preserve filenames and page relationships, and return searchable files with a source index for ordinary keyword review or your own authorized AI tools.
Conflict check before transfer
Blue Mountain Private Investigators is a separate for-profit practice. Its founder also established and continues separate work through Valor Investigations, a nonprofit focused on education, public information, and volunteer assistance. Because the same investigator's knowledge and obligations must be considered across both, begin with names and a short subject description. Do not send evidence files until the matter clears review and an approved transfer method is identified.
Pro bono services for victims
People affected by elder abuse or exploitation, care-facility harm, wrongful death, or related public-accountability failures may request a limited pro bono engagement when they cannot afford investigative help. Requests must clear the conflict check and are evaluated for case fit, urgency, available evidence, defined scope, safety, and current capacity. Acceptance is not guaranteed. Any unavoidable outside costs will be discussed before work begins.
Bates-cited reporting
When requested, we can prepare a focused chronology, issue report, contradiction analysis, or other scoped factual work product with Bates or page citations—the identifying numbers or page references that lead directly back to the supporting evidence. The report organizes facts; it does not provide legal advice or tell a court what law to apply.
Care and elder safety
Blue Mountain Private Investigators can organize facility records, hospice and provider charts, medication records, incident logs, claims, communications, and outside medical baselines into a source-linked chronology for further professional review.
Guardianship and finances
Investigative review may include guardian conduct, isolation or access restrictions, fiduciary activity, expenditures, assets, benefits, corporate interests, and related communications.
Government reviews
Blue Mountain Private Investigators can map intake, agency jurisdiction, program routing, evidence delivery, reviewer scope, findings, reconsideration, referrals, and the records needed to audit that process.
Background and location
Services include background verification, due diligence, asset and corporate-interest research, skip tracing, and locating witnesses who may hold material information.
What you receive
Depending on scope, work product may include a chronology, source index, evidence matrix, witness lead sheet, records-request map, digital-forensics note, funds-flow analysis, or a focused packet for counsel or another qualified professional.
Honest case selection
Blue Mountain Private Investigators will distinguish evidence from inference, explain meaningful gaps, and say when the available records do not support the requested conclusion. Relationship and domestic-surveillance matters are considered individually and are not a core practice area.
