Document capacity for smaller practices
Large document dumps can consume the staff, software, and review time of a solo or small practice before the merits are reached. We provide a practical path to ingest, OCR-process, index, and search high-volume productions, then return searchable working files, focused answers, or Bates-cited reporting while counsel retains control of legal strategy.
Searchable delivery
We inventory the available record, identify missing custodians and source classes, extract embedded text, OCR-process image-only pages, preserve file and page provenance, and return searchable files with a source index for ordinary keyword review or counsel's own authorized AI workflow.
Bates-cited analysis
The same source set can be organized by event, actor, counsel-defined issue or element, contradiction, custodian, medical episode, transaction, or exhibit. Deliverables may include chronologies, issue reports, contradiction analyses, evidence-page packets, exhibit indexes, document crosswalks, and metadata notes with Bates or page citations.

Conflict check before transfer
Blue Mountain Private Investigators is a separate for-profit practice. Its founder also established and continues separate work through Valor Investigations, a nonprofit focused on education, public information, and volunteer assistance. Counsel should first provide only the names of parties, counsel, material witnesses, organizations, providers or facilities, agencies, and a short subject-matter description. Substantive files should not be sent until the matter clears review and an approved transfer method is identified.
Support for pro bono counsel
Attorneys representing victims of elder abuse or exploitation, care-facility harm, wrongful death, or related public-accountability failures pro bono may request discounted or fully pro bono investigative services. Available support depends on conflict clearance, case fit, urgency, evidence, defined scope, safety, and current capacity. Acceptance is not guaranteed, and outside costs will be discussed before work begins.
